I have been so lucky to learn dance and piano and to have wonderful teachers who have taught me to teach. I started teaching as a teenager and then studied Occupational Therapy - so my natural inclination was to take on occupational therapy work that involved teaching skills - eg. in supported employment, schools, homes and clinics. I’ve worked with people who have learning difficulties, behaviour challenges and sensory challenges with diagnoses such as ADHD, autism and intellectual disability. I also tutored in Systematic Instruction at University of Sydney and I’ve completed the Dance Skills Set with Ausdance.
