Piano has been my personal emotional expression for a long time. I am now learning from a jazz teacher as well as from a classical teacher and I love to improvise in both.

I began teaching piano at the age of 15 years old and at that stage was playing grade 6 & 7 music. I completed my 8th grade piano exam a few years later and a few years after that I taught keyboard and piano before and after school for Silverwave. During that time I learnt about the Dalcroze method of teaching music through improvised music and movement.

My current work timetable doesn’t allow me to teach piano - since you really need weekly lessons and it is tricky to juggle when I’m in 2 different states each month. However, I’m open to running some workshops and get-togethers. So contact me if you are interested.
